Im into editing and making videos, and got adobe premiere pro cs3. and i wanna put a clip where i have a censor bar covering bodyparts and whatnot lol...like on the girls gone wild commercials...i just dont know how to get the little black bar to stay on the same body part, as it moves freely....HELP PLEASE!!
