I have Sony Cybershot DSC-W510 camera and I want to play videos in that camera. I have checked out the format of its recorded video and converted a 1080p music video in the same format, same resolution , same bitrate,,same framerate, everything same but still it's not playing in the camera. Is it impossible to play videos that are not recorded by the camera itself?? Or if it is possible,, how??

For possibly the 48th millionth time on YA!. YOU CAN NOT play anything on any camera that was not originally recorded on that camera. If your video(or pics)were recorded on a specific camera and then changed in ANY way they will then NOT be playable on even that camera. Your camera is NOT meant to be a viewing device and your memory card is not meant to be used for long term storage.
A couple of years ago Sony implemented a .jpg reader that allowed thier cameras to work as viewers for many of the varied .jpg flavours. They've not doe the same for video though as the software codecs require a ton of space and processing power. So on current generation cameras the answer is generally no, my guess would be that this will change in one or full generations time (about 4 to 6 years).
A camera IS NOT a payback device. If you want to do this, get an i-player or other MP3 player to which you can download videos and play them. Use the proper tool for the job.
