Ok so I have a canon 12.1 mega pixel. Its says lens error restart camera, I touched the lens because I had low battery so it went off but my lens were still extended so when I turned it on again I pushed the lens in how do I restart my camera?

When Canon say, "Restart Camera"...it simply means, turn the camera off and then turn it on again.
Make sure you fully charge the battery, then try to turn the camera on again. If you still get this error, the lens may be damaged. Most lens errors occur due to mishandling the camera/lens in some way, from either dropping it or hindering the lens from extending or retracting. And...seeing as you actually pushed the lens in forcefully, you may very likely have damaged the lens mechanism.
If the camera is still under warranty, you may need to think about contacting Canon Service/Support.
If your camera is not under warranty (and the camera needs to be fixed) a new camera might be the cheaper alternative, as repairs can be costly.
