My grandmother's 92nd birthday is coming up and she wants me to make these blueberry cookies for her big party but my mother wants me to make them into cupcakes so they'll be....festive. Any clue on how to do this? No negative answers please, Thanks!

You can't! Make a up basic cupcake recipe & add blueberries to it to please your mother, but as your grandmother has asked for cookies you must make those as well.If you haven't enough ingredients or money do as your grandmother asked,it's her birthday after all.

A Cookie And A Cupcake
There is a lot of difference in the amount of liquid, eggs, fats (oil vs butter or shortening) in cookies and cupcakes, enough so that any attempt to turn the recipe might be unsuccessful. I recommend either trying to find a recipe on line with similar ingredients OR just make the cookies if that is what your grandmother requested. So what if they are not as festive, your grandma asked for cookies not cup cakes, and she is 92, she might not see her next birth day, so give her what she asked for, not what your mother wants.
First you cant divide 2 eggs into fourths ~ Cupcakes take about 18 min. You just need to check them. Just make the full recipe and freeze the cupcakes you dont need at this time.
go find a cake recipe that you can add blueberries to for making cupcakes!
make the cookies for your grandmother using her recipe.
I would use this recipe for the cupcakes and add a cup and half of blueberries to the batter just before putting into the cupcake pans.

Cookies cant become cupcakes but you could make cookie bars, but if i was you I would look at the key ingredients in that recipe and fin a cake batter recipe that has the same key ingredients (except the blueberries) and add the blueberries into the batter
GIVE YOUR 92 YEAR OLD GRANDMA EXACTLY WHAT SHE WANTS FOR HER BIRTHDAY.... MAKE THE BLUEBERRY COOKIES!!!!!!!!! how much longer do you think she's gonna live anyway?? give her what she wants while she can enjoy them.
aside from that... you don't need to reinvent the wheel... there are a jillion blueberry cupcake recipes out there already. so just find a recipe for blueberry cupcakes and make them, too. see how that works????? MAKE THEM BOTH and everyone will be happy. and don't use the stupid store bought muffin mixes, they actually don't have any blueberries in them at all.

Cookies do not translate well into cupcakes. It's your grandma's party, and at 92 years old, she should be able to have whatever she pleases! Make your grandma's day and bake her the cookies, and if you have time, make some festive cupcakes to please your mom.
You can probably make balls of dough and press them into cupcake pans, if you have one. Then you could decorate the tops like cupcakes and/or put candles into each one.
