How would you label recent presidential legacies?

Carter- The great failure......

Reagan- The great communicator “Above all, we must realize that no arsenal, or no weapon in the arsenals of the world, is so formidable as the will and moral courage of free men and women. It is a weapon our adversaries in today's world do not have.”

Bush One- The Great Reneger "...read my lips. No new taxes."

Clinton- The Great Fornicator “I did not have sexual relations with that woman”

Bush 2- The Great Miscommunicator "In terms of the economy, look, I inherited a recession, I am ending on a recession." No kidding

Obama- The Great Liar “My plan cuts taxes for most small businesses & 95% of people”

I would mostly agree with your definitions... with some slight changes.

Carter- failure

Reagan- Godfather (really, if you think about it, he pretty much was. In the last 50 years there has only been one president who could have told Mr. Gorbachev to "tear down this wall".)

Bush Sr.- The Incomplete (He probably should have toppled Saddam, but he really couldn't do it politically speaking. As for the taxes, some experts think the tax hike saved the American economy.)

Clinton- The Great Fornicator, The Spineless... He had a chance to arrest Osama and let him go. HE LET OSAMA GO! That's not a conspiracy theory; it's a fact. Osama had been captured, was offered to America, and Clinton turned down the chance place him in jail.

Bush Jr.- Really, it's too early to determine his place in history. He dealt with stuff that nobody has ever dealt with before. Frankly, for most of his 2 terms in office he was in completely uncharted waters. I think that in 4-6 years we will really know if he was a failure or success. I also believe that much of his legacy now rests in Obama's hands.
