I have a HP Pavilion DV6 Beats audio, not sure of the exact model but recently I ended up falling on it and it got dead pixels on the left side of the screen and it's really becoming an issue... So I am asking if anyone knows how to fix the screen without sending it to be repaired?

Once you have a dead pixel, it cannot be fixed.
You mean like use a WARM clean, static free SOFT cloth; and hold it on the dead pixel area; with NO power to the laptop?
(ALL power removed. AC adapter {Charger}, and Battery)
Best bet is to just replace the LCD screen.
No......it isn't that hard. I have instructed two 9 year old's, and guide people in performing this daily on another website.
