I'm 16 and I went on a slip n slide. Ran and slid on it I did it a few times but the last time I did it my stomach felt weird so I decided to stop. I woke up the next morning and it hurt a lot to sit up. It felt like I did 500 sit ups and my abs were sore or something. It hurts to sneeze, laugh and cough. I had my gal-badder out when I was 14 but I don't think that would effect anything. I'm wondering if I pulled a muscle? If I did what could I do to help the pain?

It sounds like u pulled a muscle or just worked them too hard it will get better in a few days
