I exercise every day, eat healthily, drink lots of water. im 5'6 and 132 pounds. i cannot reach my weight goal! AM I MISSING SOME TRICK? i dont eat sugar either btw

You probably shouldn't be focusing on the weight, but instead how you look. Nobody cares honestly how much you weigh, they care about how you look and feel. :]
Your fine! It is probably muscle.... If you wanna loose some muscle weight just exercise a little less. You seem really healthy though, you don't need to change! :)
Yeah, you need to eat more. The more weight you lose the harder it is to lose ie those last five pounds. You need to eat more calories You said your muscular so eating more won't hurt. If you want to lose muscle starve yourself you will do it then
Sarah, you might want to try HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training) and at the very least be sure that you are changing your work-out routine and diet often. The only "trick" i can be certain of is to "trick" your body ;)

those last few pounds are always the worst, just stick at it but make sure that you don't get too obsessed wth it x
