i went from 180, size 11 jeans, size Medium (jrs.) shirts to 160. i'm the same size and i dont see a difference in my body. why?? i want to keep losing weight to get down to a healthy 130. when should i start to SEE results??? and start going down in jeans sizes??
Update:but i DO exercise, i do toning workouts and jog/walk every day

Congrats !! You did lose the weight. However, when we look at oursleves we tend to focus on the overall body structure. Fat stays stuck in some areas with great stubbornness !!!
You will not see any major difference until you have exercised to redistribute the body fat.

Well you may be losing the weight, but you may not be losing the fat. You need to do some exercises that will tighten up your muscles, so then you can start to see a difference. Just keep working honey, the weight loss will come sooner than you think. Never give up, you can make it
