I lost 20 pounds, why can't i see a difference??

i went from 180, size 11 jeans, size Medium (jrs.) shirts to 160. i'm the same size and i dont see a difference in my body. why?? i want to keep losing weight to get down to a healthy 130. when should i start to SEE results??? and start going down in jeans sizes??

Update:

but i DO exercise, i do toning workouts and jog/walk every day
