Personally I would buy from a store. That way you know its brand new and you can buy a warranty. I bought mine from Best Buy. I bought a $40 warranty with it that lets me return it for 2 years for anything. If it breaks, drops in water, gets run over or something mechanically goes wrong.

Usually Ebay is very legit. On most items you can return them if you are not 100% satisfied. I buy from Ebay all the time and only one time I was not happy. I bought a perfume that smelled like rubbing alcohol. The seller let me return it for a full refund.

I would buy it from a store, because I have bad experience with eBay. You never know how truthful the users are. They might send you an empty box (happened to me).
