If CUPE members block entrance to a public parking lot...?
Do you think I'd be in more trouble if I push them with my car? I mean.. if they stand in front, they're breaking the law.. and if I push them, I'm breaking the law, right?
Hmm... I guess what I'm trying to ask is that.. if I do hit a CUPE member with my car while they're blocking a public.. area.. would I get in more trouble, or would they?
Mind you.. my car's starting from a fullstop with them already in contact with my car, and I'm not smashing into them (going.. slowly).

You would definitely get in trouble for running down a pedestrian in a thousand pound lethal weapon. That's called assault. They're, at worst, trespassing. Your only appropriate course of action is to contact the parking lot's security or maintenance number and have them take care of it.
