I want to eat protein only accompanied by veg for one meal. I'm going to a party and would like to lose a bit of water weight so how much would I lose in 5-6 days? Thanks

There is no point in losing water weight you will gain it back in basically the first glass of water you drink. If you still want to lose water weight you could lose 20 pounds in one day if you wanted. That's what pretty much all UFC fighters do before weigh ins then they gain it back the next day. I say you just stick to a good healthy diet, keep drinking water and do a lot of cardio workouts to lose fat if you want to look better for the party. Hope that helps. BTW 112 pounds being 5 foot 4 is a perfect weight, I don't think you need to lose any weight.

try to have a little lean protein with each meal as protein tends to be more satisfying than carbs or fats
walk up and down 33 flights of stairs
rather than yell toward family members in other rooms walk over to talk
