internet explorer has encountered a problem?
every time I try to close a window the internet explorer message comes on . This will happen even if I try to close sub pages. Everything will close.

If you happen to be running Windows XP and IE6 and seeing the error message "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close (Mshtml.dll)" this support article will help - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/810887
Otherwise, try resetting your IE settings. This will bring your IE back to default settings which will hopefully fix the issue. To do this, follow these steps:
>Open Internet Explorer.
>Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
>Click the Advanced tab.
>Under Reset Internet Explorer Settings, click Reset.

It means its crashed, a friend reported the same problem recently so perhaps the newest update is even more buggy than normal.
Unless its a known issue you cannot really say why its crashed.
The only advice I can give is switch. Chrome is my preference. Id never tough IE again. Ever.
