Personally, race does not matter to me, it is what's in the heart. Being in an interracial relationship/ marriage does not mean you will have any more or less problems than the person who decided to date or marry within his race. People, especially family members like mine, always stress the fact that interracial relationships have more problems, but it is not true.
As a Caribbean black woman who is independent, I simply want a man who loves me just as much as I love him. Just follow your heart and your head US Grad from Korea.
Interracial marriages, in my opinion, are great for not only the two individuals, but for the children as well. It allows the children to have a broader perspective of society and heritage. This goes the same for the couple...besides, visually... when you're doing the deed it looks cool too lol
I was in an interracial marriage but sadly we split up around 6 years ago but that wasn't due to skin colour. I'm white she was black (Jamaican Decent). What was strange was I had more trouble from black people being colour prejudiced than white people etc. calling her coconut etc.
I think it's great people of different races and cultures can love each other regardless of skin colour, creed, family background etc.
On a day out I met a lovely couple a few months back and we got along well she was white and he was black. I thought it was great.
It is in what you feel in your heart that matters and if two people feels the same way and true to what they feel...then...interracial marriage or same race marriage...you'll still find and feel true happiness.
I feel the same way about this that I feel about homosexual marriage, I say if they love each other, let them be together.
Skin color doesn't matter, cultural history doesn't even matter, it's the two people that matter the most and I think that no matter what they might be or where they might be from, happiness is the ultimate goal to search for, and no one should hold them back.
marry the person you love, to hell with the race so to speak if you love each other enough you can celebrate the joys of each race and work through the troubles, I have had 2 husbands one black and one white, both a$$ holes, but before they became that i liked the black man better and i still like black men, i am white
interracial. hmmm agree i guess. i am attracted to whom i am attracted to superficially...you know how skin and facial features doesnt exactly show the spiritual person inside. you might find a treasured spirit.

I have no preference. We all bleed the same color and are capable of the same emotions, love included.

I prefer to marry the woman I love, which I did...and she just so happens to be white.
