All of my life, or so it seems, I have had irritable bowels and a lot if gas. I have never been to a doctor about any if this because frankly it is an embarrassing topic. I have read that intestinal parasites can have alot to do with these simptoms and I finally want to put an end to it. I would like to know what I should do and also what will happen in extreme cases treatment wise. Thanks! :)

I have heard that papaya and coconut may help your condition. But, I am not an expert on this. You may need to eat the papaya seeds. Check to make sure. That might be necessary.
