Well, I had an ipod and it was connected with the itunes library on my house computer. Something happened to that computer and it broke. So, we had to switch to our laptop. Now, i would like to switch all the songs that i had in the purchase history to my zune instead. But it wont let me. it shows all the songs and movies i had on my ipod on the purchase history in my itunes account but im not able to find them in my laptop music library. And when I connect my ipod to my laptop and i click content everything shows up but it wont let me click on it. it just shows up grey.. Any ideas how to make it where i can click the songs, or where i can find my movies.. any help would be perfect thanks!

When I changed my computer, I used MediaWidget to move all library files from my iPod onto my new computer http://www.gutensoft.com/Utilities/MediaWidget.htm
It can transfer all iPod content to the iTunes on your different computer, including iPod music, movies, playlists, videos, podcasts, ratings, last played, and more.
Now all files are on your computer and iTunes, you can sync your iPod with it smoothly without deleting any files
Just free download it to try.

An iPod can be synced with only one iTunes account at a time. once you switched to a new iTunes account or a new computer. You have to authorize your iPod to it at first, then you can upload music and video from the new iTunes to your iPod. But this way will overwrite the original files on iPod with the new iTunes. You may try this iPod transfer, it can help you copy files from iPod to computer for backup, you can also use it as an iTunes alternative to upload music and video. It will not erase your original iPod files. It's safe and works pretty well for me.
you can use ipod transfer software
