Is Mcafee enough to stop antivirus 2009?

I downloaded a bunch of malwares and spybots and couldn't open them. In fact its making things quite worse.

For example i cant uninstall malwarebite's anti-malware

dont tell me what i should use, tell me what YOU use to prevent this

If mcafee is enuf, Plz tell me.
