To start, I have bought this laptop at the Black Friday sale. The website I bought it from was www.hp.com. It was only 580$ (tax included). It will arrive as soon as 2 weeks. All I want to know is these following question: Is the Graphics Card good? Is the Processor and the speed of the Processor good? Is the RAM good? Is the Hard Drive good? Should i have gotten a 320GB instead of the 250GB? Is the screen good? Is my operating system good? My battery life good? Does is play Television? I will only use this Laptop for basic needs. These are the components of my Laptop that I bought. Please, I need professionals to answer this question... Thank You.

To answer your question yes it is good but you have perhaps over looked a few things.
graphics, cpu and ram are very good. The 250Gb HD is good, should you have got the 320 perhaps but are you going to need the extra 70Gb? The screen is a widescreen with HD so yes it is good, Vista Home Premium is sufficient, battery life depends on what you do with it, type and it will last 2 maybe 3 hours, watch DVD or play graphic intense games perhaps 1 hour 30 Min's. Does it play TV? the specs say no TV tuner so i would assume TV is not available without an add on card.
What have you overlooked I hear you ask, apart from the TV Tuner you seem to have bought the 64 bit software option. This is notoriously problematic with printers and scanners, sometimes with the basics like wireless connectivity and some games and software packages not able to run in the 64 bits compatibility mode. When it all works it is an amazing improvement on the 32 bit software and soon 64 bit will be the software of choice and 128 bit will be the new version giving everyone compatibility problems.
It is a good laptop
BUT any way feel good about what you have done!
because you've already done you bought the computer if it is working fine and I'm sure it is, just keep it and try to make it useful
Good luck!
yes, it is very good, but on black friday, you could have gotten a WAY bettery notebook from lenovo.com
by using the code USPBLACKFRIDAY
a laptop WAY better than that would only cost 480
