My lab is 1 year and 2 months old; but his tail is not straight like knife. Whenever he is in alert position his tail goes up and little curve, sometimes looks like knife as well. It does not matter as all for me but to enhance my knowledge about breed I am asking. Overall he looks like perfect crazy labrador :)

He could have trapped it as a pup or played a bit rough with his brother and sisters - my Akita has a kink in her tail from being abused in her original home
Without papers from the official registry of his country of birth, you can't say for sure whether he's purebred or not. He may be purebred, but not from the best quality parents/bloodlines. The 'little curve' could suggest he is a mix, but on the other hand, purebreds have faults, and this could just be one of his!!
If the parents were both purebred labradors, then your dog is a purebred labrador. It could be purple with spots, but it's still a labrador. It's just a very low standard one.
He could still be purebred! Not all dogs conform perfectly to standard, and he may just hold his tail weird :)
Here, this dogs tail curves a little - and he is still a champion. If he looks like this at all, congratulations, you have a beautiful dog!

If the parents were both lab, then most likely. Just because your lab doesn't meet the standard doesn't mean it's not full blooded.
do you have papers
could be over bred byb/mill dog
ask your vet that can see dog
take a picture
