i ordered a dvd the end of December, it got shipped out the day it was suppose to arrive!!!! however the tracking information has not been updating via amazon and usps tracking. the last tracking information was that it left a place in new jersey but that was 6 days ago!!! does that mean they lost the package or they're just being lazy and no updating the tracking information?? (and i live in texas if that helps) thank you
