I know the first part means:
There’s a bathroom at the end of this corridor,
so feel free to use it.
Does the second line mean something along the lines of
'I’ll prepare a change of clothes for you before
you get out.'???
What does the rest mean?

Oh yeah, sorry I goofed on the first answer.
You're right about "I’ll prepare a change of clothes for you before you get out."
The last part is weird to me too. I just looked up the bazillion meanings of 上がる on http://dictionary.goo.ne.jp./ In addition to the meaning "to go up" it can also mean "to be finished".
So maybe:
-->Because when you're finished, the living room is out here. (And I am likely to be there so that's why I'm leaving you a change of clothes)??
