So I've applied for a job as a lettings negotiator I had an interview with someone last Friday then straight away she offered me an invitation to a 2nd interview. Went to the 2nd one then was invited to a 3rd but with the owner of the whole company next week. I really want this job. What tips do you recommend will help me especially with who my next interview is with? I'm really nervous I really would like this job so I desperately don't want to mess up. Thank you in advance by the way x

I have had several interviews with company owners and I did the following:
I did not discuss salary requirements unless "Ask?" This meeting mostly like is to determine the salary they will offer you, the owner wants to see what he/she is paying for.
I did not over dress for the interview simple is best.
I made sure to give a firm hand shake and keep eye contact the entire time.
If you are in a boardroom setting be sure to greet everyone verbally, shake the hand of the people closest to you.
Listen to the owner but dont try to overly impress the owner with long answers. Answer all questions directly dont waste time over explaining yourself. (The owner does not have time for a two hour interview).
Be prepared to tell the person interviewing you --
1) how you can contribute to the successful operation of the business
2) the reasons why the business should hire you (instead of someone else)
When you are speaking, look the person directly in the eye. Speak clearly and not too quickly.
At the end of the interview, when you're asked "Do you have any questions?", ask something such as
"What are you most proud of at this company?" , "What do you like best about your job?" and "What's your biggest challenge in working here?"
It sounds like you've already done well enough to get the 3rd interview so I'm sure you already know stuff like how to dress, sit properly, face the interviewer, etc. You know yourself and qualifications so you will not have problems answering those.
How about doing some research and know the company better such as it's history (like how it was founded) and services, do some research about the owner too.
Hope you get the job! Goodluck!
In no way reach- owner interviews are a formality at the end of a hiring process usually, so go in confidently, but conservatively. Conduct yourself as you normally would around the owner of a company you work for. Best of Luck!
be confident
