What happened was 8 year old stepdaughter of Patrick Kennedy was raped by him and she needed to get serious surgery. After the rape Patrick keneddy called 911 and said his daughter was raped by two boys and his stepdaughter went with it but later it was found out that this was Keneddy's doing.
