Forever 21 (sure you've heard of that one(: loll); I absolutely love love love Papaya(:, The Pink has some really cute stuff (but they also have some trashy stuff....js) and then I've heard of this place called Deliah's but I've never been there before... so i have no review for that one(: Ummm I like Charlotte Russe and then of course you can always go to places like Plato's Closet, which is a place where people can give their clothes to be sold (and don't worry about like dirtyness or anything.... Plato's Closet is VERY pickey, so they only take really good stuff) so try it out!(: never know what you might find.

Classy Stores

I dont know, but when i think of classy yet cute i always think of Forever 21 and Charoleets Rousse or however you spell it, I really like the cute things in their, yet they seem classy, you can go their.

Zara, J.Crew, Bebe, BCBG Max Azria, Those clothing stores offer really chic styles and they all pretty much go in order from cheapest to most expensive. You could also maybe take a look on lookbook.nu and see all the outfits people wear on there to get an idea of the style you want to achieve.

The cutest stores in KS are Plato's Closet, Justice, and Claires. Hope I helped :)

go to the mall sometime and try going into stores you dont usually go in, you might find some things you like :) it might be a pleasant surprise...you might walk into a store that looks like it wont have anything you like, but ones you actually walk around you start getting ideas :)
