I've been losing weight. I'm down from 340+ to 309ish (you can see my videos as youtube.com I am webcat93)
ANYHOO
I want to exercise but sometimes I just don't have the energy, whether I drink coffee or not.
What can we do here? What can we do about this? Because my journey is so far from over.

Congratulations on taking the initiative to start losing weight (fat) and get back into shape. You need both resistance and cardio exercise to be able to reach your goals. A good thermogenic fat burner (Ripped Fuel or Hydroxycut Hardcore both work well). Take one dose before the workout and DON'T exceed the daily amount. Also, with ripped fuel be sure to eat something (even a light snack) after you take it. This will help provide energy for your workouts and helps speed up the metabolism and burn fat when your body temperature is raised (i.e. via exercise).
Good luck and let me kwow if you need more help
It's really hard to say without knowing your entire day- if you like me and sitting a chair all day- it's mentally exhausting and I never feel like running when I get home. I am find out that putting a treadmill in front of the TV gives me both of best worlds- my brain can watch and my body is moving. This gives me a little jump start before starting the rest of my night.
Almonds, blueberries, and hummus are all fantastic (and healthy), energy boosters!
Before you hit the gym any one of these options will have you feeling energized. Also, cutting out soda helps with drowsiness.
try taking a B complex....i did for quite a while...it does help you think more clearly and gives you energy..you may also be iron deficient...i have fibromyalgia....and you feel like you can't hardly move alot of the time...i go as much as i can but it still drags you down
i had the same problem too. inspite of being sedentary, my dietician told me to buy a protein shake. must tell you it made helluva difference. and got me off my a** to exercise too. which again increases stamina. so I strongly recommend a protein shake.
Try going on a vitimin
