i (probably) have lactose intolerance; something i've (probably) had since i was a baby, when the doc told my mom to take me off of milk. so anyways, i'd been away at school where i hardly ever had any dairy product. if it was, it was only small amounts of cheese. now that i'm home for summer, i've been eating lots of ice cream! well i noticed that i'd been getting headaches and feeling a little nauseous. no, i'm not pregnant! could it be from the intolerance? i can't get to the doc right away, so i would appreciate your feedback! thanks!

If you were lactose intolerant, your stomach would be KILLING YOU. Lactose intolerance is when you can't digest milk sugars. Major bathroom emergency, gas, bloating, misery for days.
However, you might have a sensitivity to dairy. More like an irritation. The two are often confused.
It sounds to me like you still are lactose intolerant. Stop the ice cream , and see if the headaches and nausea go away. Then you'll know for sure. :)
Yes, you appear to be still intolerant. There are over the counter medicines you can use for this. Check them out at your local drug store. Ask the pharmacist and they will be more than happy to help you.
There is pills at GNC for dairy digestion or you can try acidophilus.
