have you been to the dr yet? that is the first place i would send you. they can tell you exactly what the problem is. have you tried lactose intolerent pills. ask the dr. then frind one that works and you should be able to eat dairy. good luck.

One episode does not mean that you are lactose intolerant. Going to bed right after eating such a heavy food could be the cause of your stomach pains. There is dairy-free ice cream if you really feel that you are lactose-intolerant. Popping pills and eating dairy products anyway when your body can't tolerate it is the recipe for illness.
