I was borderline anemic with my first and third children. It just means your blood iron is low which happens to the majority of pregnant women.
Just eat iron rich foods and take your iron supplements and drink lots of water and you'll be fine. It doesnt really bother the baby much but it can make you feel sick, dizzy and weak and also cause muscle spasms. I found out I was borderline when my eye would start twitching non-stop, I asked the dr about it and thats when he tested my blood and found out.
I was also slightly anemic during my pregnancy, its not bad it happens to a lot of people, it just means your iron levels are low, and you might have a little less energy than normal, but it won't affect your baby...mine is almost 2, was born healthy, and has only been sick once her whole life!
I'm anemic too, and it's where the iron in your body is too low. Iron helps transport the oxygen in your body. My doc said it would be bad for me before it would be the baby and put me on iron supplements.
its bad homegirl
it means you dont eat right or someshit about eating
trust thats what they told me i would have if i kept eating like i was. and i would eat twice a day but no meals .. pure junk food. i wouldnt eat anything that was good for me. and thats very dangerous for your baby!! CONGRATS BY THE WAY! ON THE BABY !! not on the anemia
