no, you can fit a usb adapter but im not sure this is what you would be wanting to do , i think they are for plugging other monitors into, you could investigate this option though.
have you allocated as much memory as you can in the bios settings, as the integrated card often shares normal system ram and can be adjusted.

Unfortunately the answer is no. Most laptops are simply not gaming machines.
