What is the traffic like around 4 to 5 pm from Nellis AFB to Centennial Hills/NW CC215@US95? I am traveling from Nellis AFB and have to be in the NW area of the valley by 5 pm sharp. what time do you suggest i leave Nellis AFB? What makes me wonder is the congestion at the Spaggetti bowl and the road work being done from Rainbow and US95 to Ann and US95. Thanks.
