If the first day of your last menstrual cycle was November 30th you most likely got pregnant 2 weeks after that. There is nothing doctors can do to find out when you actually fell pregnant so that's why they always go from the 1st day of your last period to determine your due date. My last period was on the 1st of July and I only just found out today I'm pregnant by a home pregnancy test which u can test 8 days after conception but when I went to the doctor to get a blood test to confirm he asked when my last period was and he said if the blood test confirms I am pregnant they will go from the 1st day of my last period to determine when my due date will be which would make me due 7th April 2013.
