I'm 13 years old and I recently moved to south carolina from florida with my mother. I lived in fl. With my dad (my parents are seperated). my mother has custody of me, and said I had no choice wether to come or not. I hate it. We are living with my grandmother. I don't want to be here. My mom has no job or income. On thanksgiving we are moving to a diff part of sc and in january we are going to fl. To visist the family for my birthday (so my mother syas, she's a liar). If I took my most important stuff to fl. With us and then when she said we are leaving I refused to go, which my father and I have planned, can my dad get in trouble? If she brought him to court, they would ask me what I wanted, considering I may be old enough, right? Thanks in advance!

If your mother has legal custody you are required to live where she says. Your father would be jailed for custodial interference if he held you back.
A judge may hear you but your testimony bears little weight.
