Logo Copyright Question?
Hello everyone! So my question is, would it be legal to use a logo (Photoshop's) -for a graphic that would be put on a site for a game - if you give them the credit for the logo? I read over some information... & from what I've seen it's not legal even if you edit something from it. But what if you give them the credit, & not edit anything?

"Giving credit" is NOT the same as getting permission.
Think of it this way: If you took a neighbor's car out for a spin without asking permission, do you think you can get away with it just because you "admit" that it is your neighbor's car? Of course not. You could be arrested for STEALING the car. Using Adobe's logo without permission is STEALING it. What if Adobe didn't WANT their logo on your site? Don't you think that they'd have a right NOT to allow it, credit or no?
