I know there are perscriptions you can get that make your eyelashes grow but those could cost a lot. I would say just get a really good mascara. Covergirl Lashblast is awesome and the new The Falsies from Maybeline is also really awesome

There are prescribed creams if you want to go extreme, but otherwise, continue the use with the vaseline + a non-clumping mascara.

Mascara, false eye lashes, or permanent fake lashes. There is a pill you can take for longer lashes, but it has made a lot of girls go blind.
