I want to lose three pounds per week. I want to lose 80 pounds in eight months. Is this possible? If I want to lose three pounds per week, how many calories per day should I eat.
Also i have been going to the gym 3-4 times a week. I do the elliptical, stationary bike, stairmaster, and almost all of the machines (each concentrating on a certain spot on your body). Doing all of these adds up from two to three hours.
I usually have healthy cereals for breakfast and have been eating better. I watch portion size and am avoiding unhealthy snacks.
I am 15, Male. Im 230 and want to weight 150-160 lbs. By late february I''d like to be in better shape.
Is there anyway I could improve or change my rountine to help me lose the three pound per week. Also if you recommend certain types of exercises please be specific.

It's recommended that you change up your exercise routine every few weeks to avoid having your body become accustomed to the exercise.
Try doing one or two machines for 30-45 minutes each work out (for a total of up to an hour and a half), then on alternating days do light reps with weights to target specific body areas. That will help tone your muscles.
After two weeks, switch the machines you use and alternate the dificulty level for your cardio and slightly increase the weight you're doing (2-5 lbs).
Start each workout with 10-15 minutes of stretching or a short yoga class.

You could lose more than 3 pounds per week. Actually you could lose 16-19 pounds in 4 days!! YES I SAID 4 days! Do you think that is too much?? I mean, you wouldnt have to workout that much either!! and its faster! but it takes alot of commitment!! here go to this link.
