i have already lost 30lbs but i still need to lose 30 more (for my health) diabetes run in my family and the doctor chose a weight he thinks is alright but i cant conform to that being that i am only 5ft and my body isnt made that way. so i chose 30 more. i work out and eat healthy so im trying to figure out another healthy way to lose it something to change my routein. any ideas?

It sounds like you are on the right track by eating healthy and exercising.
Make sure you cut out the soda. Also high fructose corn syrup, and hydrogenated oils. Watch the labels!! Cutting those things out of my diet has helped dramatically!
If you are on an exercise plateu try something different. Try a different class at the gym, or start a different exercise. I like to mix up my routine with running/walking, swimming, and cycling. Every now and then I throw in a water aerobics class. I really want to start Yoga, but need to find a facility to fit my schedule!

Doctors are great at pushing drugs but not about healthy lifestyle. See site below to learn that there are lots of things that can help. Like more muscle will help blood sugar metabolism and burn more calories. American Diabetes Assoc. suggests eating fruit to lose weight.
Nourish your body thin instead of starving your body fat. Eat good fat to help your blood sugar and to help burn fat. Eat bad fat and start to dig your grave. Nuts are loaded with nutrition including good fat. Learn how meat and non-fat dairy are the most fattening things you can eat.
just keep it up. Don't get discouraged. You have to thik. How long did it take you to gain the weight? It does not always come of quickly.
