Iknow its possible because my aunt did it on weight watchers and had kept it off for 2 years now and she wasn't heavy when she did it. So how can I do it with out haveing to join weightwatchers? I'm 18 5'4 female and 143 lbs

Cut out Sugar and Drink a lot of water.
The best way to lose weight is to eat a clean diet, meaning lay of the processed foods and high sugar foods. Jumping rope is a great way to burn calories. On average, jumping rope burns about 11 calories per minute. If you crank up the intensity of your jumps, you can burn in the neighborhood of 20 calories per minute. Doing resistance training will also raise your metabolism.

i did a low carb diet :) this is what i did for breakfast
bacon (yes it is good for u and very low carb)
eggs
sausage
nothing with a lot of fat or a lot of carbs and sugar and stuff like that and exercise every morning like push ups, sit ups, crunches, ect
and i did that and lost 10 lbs in a week :)

Oh it can be done with proper exercise and diet, im sure you never heard of this before.
