I went on a weetabix diet a week before having to do a photoshoot. ((Well not strictly weetabix)).... But in the morning a peeled apple to kick start my immune system and flush things out... Riding a bike is good, jogging, aerobics, circuits - great fat burning/toning exercises. So yes, apple... after some vigorous or mild exercise a banana is fantastic... Then for dinner I just ate weetabix and milk. I did continue this diet after the shoot for quite a while BUT because I was digesting a HUGE amount of fibre I had the sh*ts really bad. I would crap myself unintentionally. I know that sounds gross but the body results were awesome.
