Ive lost about 30 pounds (160-130) and i really see no difference. The only thing ive noticed is that my clothes are waay bigger and i ble to fit clothes that once fit me 3-2 years ago. My jeans are so big on me now that i can take them off even if theyre zipped up and buttoned. But i have not seen any difference in my belly fat. My friends said that im getting skinnier but i dont see it. Im 5'4 1/2 and weigh 130 pounds aprox. I think im pretty strong, i could do 40 push ups in one interval, and 5 pull ups. My pectoral muscles are tonned and i can move them up and down.

If you lost weight by cutting your caloric intake more than it should have (as in eating 800 Cals a day....or God forbid, less) then you more than likely lost muscle tissue and not so much fat. Genetics plays a large part in how you lose weight as well. It could be possible that when you cut fat, your skin retained it's original size, so it may look like you are the same size. If you lost a lot of weight really fast it could have done that (losing more than 2-5 lbs a week). Fat around the stomach is always the hardest to get. I speculate that it's because it's one of the larger fat stores in most people, so it's always the last bit to go.
