I am 18, and have had a few sexual partners however it has been over a month since I last slept with anyone and I have now found a lump on the inside of the labia minora skin, it dont hurt, i only just relised it was there, I squeezed it and it felt like bursting a inner spot.

It was about the size of a broad bean, so quite big, but no pain, and no fluied ect.

Could this have just been a spot? Or could it be something worse?
