I feel bad that everyone has laughed at you. This is a very common superstition. Some cultures, religions and families have these beliefs passed down for generations. It is not very nice for all these people to laugh. There is not a whole lot of scientific research done to prove or disprove lunar events effecting pregnancy. If your family, culture or religion has these beliefs then practice it. Who cares if these other people are ROFL and spitting their tea (I hope she ruined her computer!), do what you feel is important to you and your baby (within sound reason), go ahead, wear red, lie down with a key on your belly in the dark. Wearing red or a key or sitting in the dark will not hurt you or your baby. Those are your beliefs. If some of these people told us their beliefs I am sure they would not appreciate if we laughed at them. Best of luck during your pregnancy and ignore the others and their total lack of regard to other peoples cultural beliefs.
Nothing will happen. It's not harmful to the baby. I've answered at least ten questions regarding this, and think that if you're freaking out about a lunar eclipse (which WILL NOT harm a pregnancy) you're freaking about nothing. Nothing will happen. It's fine.
But it's a full moon eclipse on the Winter Solstice ---- and you're going to wear RED!?!?!?
Did you ever see --- Rosemary's Baby?
Nothing. Lunar eclipses have nothing to do with pregnancy.
No eclipses do.
That's ridiculous.
Rofl nice one.
TOTAL DIFFERENT THING NO MATCH WITH PREGNANCY.
I just spit tea all over my screen...
