Luteal phase defect??
Ok so I think now I'm really concerned about having a LP defect ... this is the second month I started spotting at 7dpo ... does anyone else have this? I have a dr appt on Nov 5th and I am definately going to talk to him about this ..... does anyone have this? what is done to treat it??
Update:I know they say your period doesnt come until it's a full bleed, but I'd think spotting counts?!

I also have a short luteal phase (11 days). You can treat it several different ways, I would recommend talking to your doctor about it just like you plan to do; he/she can recommend the best treatment for you. Clomid can lengthen your luteal phase, or you can use progesterone cream. There are also some herbal supplements which can lengthen the luteal phase. Luteal phase defects are most often very easily treated. Good luck!
