Major Laptop Problem?
i have a dell laptop.. and every 15 minutes or so, it crashes.. the mouse wont move and everything just stops.. nd i have to shut it down from the button.. so, i guess wt i want is something to do.. oh, and u know when the screen becomes black with white writings and updates and scans for hours c(= >>how can i do that? lol, dunno wt's it called but my uncle once did it for me and the laptop started working way better after it... thnxx

I think you are talking about checking the disk drives function.
To do that right click on drive C and hit properties. Go to tools and in the area labeled error checking click check now. It will tell you you need to schedule a check. Then the computer will check the next time you boot up.
