Major weight loss problems?

basically i am in a plateau and i can't seem to lose anymore weight. i've lost like 30lbs and recently i've been gaining weight. i need to be around 170 by August 23, 2011 because i have to wear dreaded spandex to a volleyball game and currently i am at 211lbs. 5'9" female and pretty athletic. so how can i continue losing weight at a pretty quick pace? thanks:)
