Ahh, another Verizon DSL user here too.

I even tried the trick posted over at MapleTips but it didn't work for me. Just tried it now, still cannot connect. I don't even play yet since I can't download the game files or make an account! Maybe next week though :)

Here's where I saw a tip on doing something to the hosts file, but for me, it did not make a difference in being able to load the Nexon/MapleGlobal sites.

Several at the forums and other MapleGlobal sites I was checking out had recommended just being patient a few more days, maybe that the DNS hadn't propagated correctly just yet.

I guess its down. Cause i'm using Internet Explorer and Nexon.net and mapleglobal.com both don't work. I wonder when their fixin it.

yea man i use Verizon Dsl and i cant go on but go to www.maplesea.com and download the game its the same thing.. but just a tad bit different thats what i play on ,, but anyone can go there.... add me aim::pistolpro3 [email protected] if u wanna ask more questions or to chill =)
