there are different shades, depneding on the way it is said. Literally it means, " your feelings ( bhavana) have reached me ( Pohochalya)". The phrase is used to say that I have understood your feelings....more like, they have touched me.......but if is is said with a snarl, then the phrase conveyes taunting rather than, plain meaning. In a simple usage it should mean, " I have perfectly understood how you feel" .....
