if a Marine just picked up LCpl and got meditorios PFC and has been in for less than another Marine that is about to pick up LCpl, one he picks up LCpl, will he be senior to the one that is already LCpl???????

Whichever one that gets Lance Corporal first is senior. It doesn't matter who has been in the Corps longer.
whoever picks up first is senior, but what does it matter? A LCpl is a LCpl anyway you look at it. Tell another LCpl that you are senior to him/her they're going to laugh in your face.
