Geez! Like that's a news flash! Ghetto is as ghetto does! We built 2 new, from a vacant lot to a shiny new apartment complex for Section 8 recipients and within 6 months, the walls were kicked in and there were wet basketball stains on the hallway walls. The hot-water-on-demand units had been stolen, too. It is what it is.
People can't even treat a NEW place with any respect much less a display in the middle of a street!
