yes he copied his dance moves that elvis did in 1956-58. but thats asvfarcssvit went, mj was nit in the same league as elvis. elvis so much better as a singer andcalso a much better looking man. i can name many sibgers who were much better than mj as a singer and live act. tim jones, josh groban, elton john, freddie mercury, paul mccartney adel, and the list goes in and on
No Michael didn't copy anybody. I never saw Elvis doing the robot..or moonwalk..or spin..or anti gravity dance etc. MJ was an inventor. Elvis didn't write any of his music, Michael Jackson wrote most all of his.Elvis had a deep voice, MJs was high.MJ is the greatest dancer in the world.Elvis was known for moving his hips, but not for dancing or inventing anything. Elvis sang before videos, MJ helped make videos what they are today, he perfected them.At the time of Elvis's death he was overweight, MJ was always thin. I have nothing against Elvis, but MJ did not copy him.Elvis ate meat, MJ was a vegetarian, who ate chicken once in awhile and fasted every Sunday. They were nothing alike.
You simply cannot compare a LEGEND to another LEGEND. They are "The Greats" for a reason. Am I the only one who is feels that celebrities (icons or not) are just regular people? Because that's all they are imo, lol...
Yeah artists get inspiration from sources, they basically deliver a performance.. Where do you think Elvis got his inspiration from? Black rhythm and blues music.

Yes
Perhaps their singing styles were different but how can one says they were nothing alike?
Surely MJ did copy and was inspired by Elvis in many ways.
- Elvis' movement on stage was iconic and controversial (no one could surpass at the time), MD invented his own like moonwalk.
- Elvis owned Graceland, MJ owned Neverland
- Elvis King of Rock & Roll, MJ King of Pop
- Elvis had a pet chimpanzee, MJ also had one
- MJ courted Liza Marie because she's daughter of Elvis
I simply felt that MJ adored Elvis and wanted to be like him. Of course MJ's music was great in his own way.

sort of yes. He tried to be a lot like other artists. but he tried to make it his own. Some artists just like the same styles.
Every artist is inspired by other artists(most times older). That makes them write songs that look alike.
