File->PageSetup, click Sheet, select the 'Gridlines' box to make it print the lines.

To show only wanted cells, click borders button on formatting toolbar and border up the cells you want.

right click on the cell or cells, choose the border tab, and press the squares around the white box that says text to add borders.
